Arrowhead 135 – a self-supported 135-mile Ultramarathon race through Minnesota’s remote North Woods, were the average temperature is 20 degrees below zero. Monday, January 28th.
Frosty Bottom 50/25 – is Chain Reaction Cycle’s annual winter endurance event held entirely on the multi-use trails around Anchorage. Ski, bike, or run from Kincaid Chalet to Hilltop for the short version, or continue back to Kincaid for the long race. The 2012 event is slated for January 5th.
Iditarod Trail Invitational – The World’s Longest Human Powered Winter Race 350 miles to Mcgrath or 1100 miles Nome, Alaska. 2012 race start: Sunday, February 24th @ 2:00pm.
Yukon Arctic Ultra – The world’s coldest and toughest ultra marathon, 100, 300 & 430 miles. 2012 race start, Sunday, February 3rd.
Susitna 100- 100 mile ultra race by bike, foot, ski and 50 K race in Alaska. 2012 race start, No races will be held in 2013. Our full intention is to hold this race again, February 15-17th, 2014
Pugley World Championships – a 26 mile fat tire bike race in Decorah, MN. (any bike is welcome to compete).
Equinox Snow Challenge – West Yellowstone, MT. 3, 6, 12, and 24 hour categories. Solo or relay teams. Fatbikes, nordic skis, and snowshoes welcome. http://www.equinoxsnowchallenge.com for more info. Sunday, March 23 @ 10:00am.
White Mountains 100 – 100 mile bike, foot, ski ultra race in the White Mountains near Fairbanks, Alaska. 2012 race start, Sunday, March 24th @ 8:00am.
Soggy Bottom 100 – 100 mile race by bike in Alaska the first Saturday of August.
There are limits in the 35 Mile and 75 Mile races.
150 Mile – uncapped, see qualifications note below in green. 75 Mile – 50 35 Mile – 70
If you plan to register for the 150 mile, you are required to have experience that would suggest you are fully capable of safely completing the event. Our 35 and 75 mile races are a great place to get this experience. If you are unsure that you meet the qualifications requirement please email us at email@example.com
Tuscobia 150 Mile event remains a qualifier for Iditarod Trail Invitational (ITI).
The winners of the 150 Mile Race (Run, Bike, Ski, both Male and Female) will have a chance at winning a paid entry for ITI in 2015.
